There were many CEO's that took liberties with equities under their control in the boom times.... some are paying now. Others are below the radar.

EN is guilty of irrational exuberance and the fact that the whole process was put on hold, along with nearly the entire market, for 3+ years. That's why they quit giving guidance... they finally realized the liability with their bold predictions of success.

Now, it seems, progress is beginning. Time will tell how much progress XYBR makes, but nearly everything seems to be progressing toward our IP space.
