Notice of special meeting Oct 1st. Did everybody get one of these in the mail this morning?

It appears they are saying:

"...to effect a reverse stock split of the COompany's common stock whereby each outstanding 3, 4 or 5 shares of common stock...would be combined to one share."

I hate reverse stock splits and it is usually reserved for people in trouble.

I don't think that is the case here.

My guess is that they want to get the share price well above $5/share because a lot of mutual funds are not allowed to buy stock priced below $5/share. Just a wild guess.

Anybody have any thoughts or knowledge on the subject?
