Chuck, being UnAmerican, I'm happy to agree with Faultline. It's good to see you admit to having worked for USA Military Intelligence. I think that explains quite a few things about American Foreign Policy and might even in part explain the destruction of my beloved Twin Towers and all they contained, not to mention a lot more besides.
I don't think FaultLine is a very sad man. You have once again shown lack of perspicacity.
Congratulations to our great and amazing and cheerful AllAmerican FaultLine, who has returned the discussion to it's previous quality. Faultline, you give hope to We the Sheeple that the balance of the USA is civilized and that "Military Intelligence" is confined where it belongs and can be voted out or otherwise removed from contaminating the public good.
Imagine having Homeland Security, bundled together with Military Intelligence and the UnDisbanded Office of Disinformation. That Big Brother gang would have individuals in it getting a snit against somebody and bringing the power of the State against the hapless individual who offended the Militarily Intelligent. Sure, there would theoretically be safeguards and all that, but we all know how good those safeguards are.
Give me Magna Carta, Habeas Corpus and Kiwi Freedom anytime [lame though it is].
With Chuckie ilk deciding who should be in Guantanamo Bay, and what their punishment should be for being there, I am glad for the Faultlines of the world who show a less malevolent bent.
<what a joke, you are permanently banning me from the most Un-American, Pro Terrorism, Anti Bush and Administration board on Silicon Investor.......good riddance. > Pro Terrorism? Giggle. And who gets to write the manual on what UnAmerican is? I'd have thought you are UnAmerican Chuckie, judging from your many posts, and FaultLine American.
You know what they say about Military Intelligence Chuck. It's the original oxymoron. Anyway, there are lots of other places to post, so you have good outlets. You could PM Faultline and me and show we UnAmericans your true American nature.
