You have not demonstrated that he has broken the law...

His approach is quite workable, you just don't like it. So, you want him drummed out of his profession.

I accepted no such thing. I only conceded that he would have no fool proof "check" and that if a problem occured during a session as a result of said lack of check-ability, he could then end the session.
