"No one has the freedom of conscience to break the law." You have not demonstrated that he has broken the law... "An approach is either workable or it isn't." His approach is quite workable, you just don't like it. So, you want him drummed out of his profession. "You belatedly accepted my suggestion that he service gays until such time as they behaved inappropriately and which time he could show them the door." I accepted no such thing. I only conceded that he would have no fool proof "check" and that if a problem occured during a session as a result of said lack of check-ability, he could then end the session.
