Kenneth,

Are you placing any wagers on the Supremes further sullying their besmirched reputations by confronting the Ninth Circuit on the Cali recall decision.

Frankly, chosing to emphasize the hazards of punch-card voting may create a moral hazard for the Ninth when they may have to rule on black box voting between now and November, 2004.

Many of us are deeply troubled by the flawed and easily manipulable voting systems that Republican run corporations are foisting on our futures:

It is telling that Oregon has a brilliant system with everyone voting with an absentee ballot. Fully auditable paper trail. But guess what? The conservative commentator on tawk radio who follows Rush Limbaugh on the AM dial is now trying to perpetrate the hoax that our system is mortally flawed and in need of replacement by, you guessed it, unauditable black box voting. And this fellow, Lars Larsen, has a large audience of 'conservatives' who follow his every word. Needless to say, they are all being led down the primrose path to perdition.

Or something to that effect.
