The primaries are a baptism by fire. If you can make it through those, then you are battle-hardened. But then you have to have what it takes to fight the real war. That means you have to blast through and expose the phoniness of the Bush campaign's military image machine. The GOP is betting everything on making Bush look like a brave warrior. We know he's not, but a lot of people out there buy the BS. Kerry or Clark could rip that image to shreds. That's why I think Kerry-Clark is now the best ticket.
