The Nutty Ninth strikes again.

The State Attorney Generals Office hamstrung themselves by being on record that the machines in use were defective and should not be used. I think the best chance of this being overridden is if the entire 9th District does it on review in the next couple of days. The Supremes will leave this alone, IMO.
