But this film, made with full Bush administration cooperation (including that of the president himself), is propaganda so untroubled by reality that it's best viewed as a fitting memorial to Leni Riefenstahl. Best Line. Rich can really string the words together. The only difference between Marketing and Propaganda is the state of Peace vs. War. I tried to watch the SHowtime Movie but it was so boring I couldn't stay focused. Every time I saw Bottoms as the pResident I remembered him from his portrayal of Bush in that sitcom and it was very distracting. Rascal @LikedKStreetThough.com
