Copenhagen, Denmark; September 16, 2003 – Genmab A/S (CSE: GEN) announced today that it has achieved a milestone in its license agreement with Amgen by delivering an antibody that targets the IL15 receptor. Under the terms of the agreement, Genmab will receive a milestone payment of USD 500,000. "We are pleased to reach a milestone in our agreement with Amgen," said Lisa N. Drakeman, Ph. D. Chief Executive Officer of Genmab.
