Given what i consider to be Deans recent gaffes and his holier than thou Dr. Dean persona, I believe Clark's entry will be the first step in bringing him down. If one must be against the Iraqi war and current method of pacification, one must have a plan. And Clark could be that man.
The others(except dean) appear feckless to all but their own true believers. Clark's patriotism is beyond reproach and he wont be flip flopping like Kerry either. Come to think of it he can neutralize Lieberman & Kerry, and then battle Dean one on one. Dean's left wing internet core would never trust a general but are not enough to win. So in the end it would be a Dean/Clark battle that Clark would win. And then we can see how Clark matches up against Bush. I think that battle will be decided on whether we have a robust recovery in the economy or not, more than on iraq. mike
