Yes, but how does he come up with that number ? And is it realistic? Most of the time what I see is politicians "assume" that there is 10-15% waste built into all costs and that those costs can be eliminated. In reality, accomplishing that, turns out to be a different matter, i.e. look at what Bush has accomplished?? LOL
