Doesn't the concept that an intelligence service would be so highly skilled, so well equipped, and so determined as to concieve of, expertly time, organize, and otherwise orchestrate something like the terrorist attacks of 9/11... ...seem to preclude the inclusion (indeed, the existence) of "intelligence agents" who would (a) in broad daylight, (b) during the very attack, (c) right in the vicinity - laugh, videotape, and otherwise (d) act in a high profile, guaranteed-to-attract-attention manner?
