You are a prejudiced idiot then. I live here and see the businesses FLYING out of this state because of LOUSY TAX policy. Workers comp insurance has more than tripled in the last few years and companies cannot afford to do business here. I know of 3 sizeable ones leaving my area alone, and I live in the most affordable part of the state.
We are also loosing taxpayers and gaining illegals immigrants. CA has lost 775,000 citizens to other states in the last 5 years (for the 1st time in CA history), but our population has gone up by 2,000,000 because of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. These are the ones that Gov Grey just decided should have legal drivers licences even though he vetoed it twice vehemently. Now that he needs the hispanic vote he changed his tune.
I am another tax PAYER seriously considering leaving this state. We are the richest state, but have almost the worst schools, crapiest roads, dirtiest cities, worst crime, highest ccost of living and biggest deficit (bigger than all other states combined). And a tax base that is saying SCREW you to the state. Next on the demo agenda is free college education for illegals.
