I must have missed the statistics in the article.. how many rapes a night, week . How many do we have in any large city in the states... What are the men doing to protect these woman or go after the rapist... The population must know some of the escaped convicts.. Why are they not going to the police and inform them where they are located and take them in? Now there were no rapes under Saddam yet it was told his son pulled out a woman about to be married with her fiance and raped her. I believe it must have gone on prior but perhaps only for the saddam loyalists.
