"or if there was any grounds for intervention should have ordered counting of all the ballots"

The USSC gave the FLSC every opportunity to ix the issue. After the second or third try, with no time left they said enough is enough. Why not use the argument that the FLSC would have ordered counting all the ballots and the USSC woudl not have had to step in.

Note that there was NO LEGAL JUSTIFICATION for ANY recounts after the mandatory recount that GWB won. I know you cannot, but would like to see if you can say why there should have been one (with the laws on the books at the time of the election).

You guys have no scruples, and fortunately 5 of the USSC still do. This is why it is of EXTREM importance for Bush to get some judges in, and why the dishonest ones will DO ANYTHING to keep them out. They do not like the U.S. Constitution as written. It is offensive to them.
