They all ruled the OPPOSITE of the 9th District. Again, the 9th District is a rogue group of activist political idealogues that set policy instead of interpretting the Constitution. That is why they say that Americans have no right to bear arms, and that the Pledge of Allegiance is un-Constitutional. That is also why they are the most OVERTURNED District in the nation. They are hurting our country, and in this case butting in to CA politics because their candidate is in trouble. They believe imo the extra time will help him. Whether it will or not remains to be seen. The facts on the ground are that they over rode our state Constitution and the CASC with NO BASIS for their decision where there has not even been a grievance yet.
