Noel, Speak with your neighbors and bring it up with your host country. Maybe Denmark wants to host these nice guys. Besides killing, rape, terror what more do you need? I expect you, like many liberals, want a super-Interpol to look after these types (since al Qaeda is a non-state entity). Personally i don't know how that would work.
