I must have missed the statistics in the article.. how many rapes a night, week . How many do we have in any large city in the states... What are the men doing to protect these woman or go after the rapist... The population must know some of the escaped convicts.. Why are they not going to the police and inform them where they are located and take them in? LOL! You're kidding, right? This is a joke, right? Oh wait, you get your news from FOX where they substitute pics of Riyadh for Bagdad and street scenes from Cairo for scenes from non metropolitan Bagdad. What police force? Where they exist at all, they are being shot at either intentionally by terrorists or mistakenly by American soldiers. Do you think they have time for rape and carjackings? Anarchy is the rule of law, not the police. Now there were no rapes under Saddam yet it was told his son pulled out a woman about to be married with her fiance and raped her. I believe it must have gone on prior but perhaps only for the saddam loyalists. Apparently, under Saddam, the one and only rapist was Uday. Things have changed now.......for the worse.
