I just heard this court is overturned TWO THIRDS OF THE TIME. That means either they don't know the law (which I doubt) or that they want to change it to fit their poitical views, which I do believe.

The definately SHOULD be impeached. No question in my mind.

You are correct. But that did not stop them from ruling on it (incorrectly) anyway.
