I spoke with John (the CFO) yesterday at about 2:00 EST. He said that one of their largest buyers reports that next years capital expenditures will be either held constant or deline. This will have some impact, however he did not feel significant. The analyst at Morgan ageed and did not adjust his estimates as a result of the news.

Another piece of interesting info is that Kauffmann Funds recently filed with the SEC to purchase 500,000 shares (13.89%) of PPTV. I understand from John that these shares were taken during the recent offering. Because of the sheepish nature of institutional money, this should hopefully mean that there is some demand in the near future. I therefore view the price decline as a purchase opportunity and doubled my position at 7 3/4 on 7/25/96. Let me know. Thanks.
