Ummm isn't that their job, if it helps to 'make a market'?

Maybe I'm dead wrong, but seems to me, when there is demand and volume coming in, MM's will sell until the cows come home, raising the offer all along...but when demand slows, they start dropping down, until such time, as demand comes back in, then they cover, and the cycle repeats.
