I visit the beaches quite often that are currently in Izzy's track. I've got friends and relatives that live there. We visit every month or two and one of the things we do is drive around and look at the new houses/buildings that have gone up since we were there last.

Lots and lots of million dollar homes have gone up along the coast in the last 5 years.
