trouble is we get too much commentary on bull. and not enough on how the schools are open and hospitals functioning and gov. starting to work. Have you considered that maybe the gov't has not started to work? What was the point... to alarm readers that all the women in Iraq are getting raped. They didn't say that "all the women" were getting raped. However, they pointed that women were getting raped and abused and that there was a certain level of lawlessness on the streets. If you don't know there is a problem, how can you fix it? I think it is bull. Well, that's an intelligent conclusion!
