I guess now is a little better, but a little too late. Even if Chinese have not used much high-tech killing way to fishing, but because of the sheer big numbers of the fish farmers, it has destroyed the reproductive chain of fish. I think most of fish Chinese eating now are farmed fish, sea fish still is available, but not as many as 20 years ago.
