Still plenty of Apple bashing going on. Here's an interesting rebuttal of an egregious PC Week piece: mackido.com.

BTW, regarding the WSJ article by Carlton & Gomes. Did you notice how the authors speculated that Rhapsody must be in trouble because Jobs didn't mention it in his keynote?

From what I've read, there were at least two Rhapsody builds available at the expo for real computer guys and Gals to "kick the tires, " etc.. They generated lots of enthusiasm and plenty of good coverage from organizations not run by Dow Jones. It would seem the intrepid WSJ writers interviewed a select group of bean counters, most of whom still don't like Apple, and put together a negative article based on that. It was shallow work, about what we've come to expect from the WSJ.
