Nice try. Clinton could do nothing after Bush took office, and 8 months is plenty of time to do something about OBL, but he was asleep at the wheel. He found plenty of time to read nursery rimes to school children.

The attack lays squarely at Bush's feet. Quit making excuses for his incompetency.
