Seems to be way too much volume (and, to a lesser extent, percentage price increase) for this to be sector rotation by big funds or to be related to the forementioned contract. Not enough detail in the latter to implicate MRVC and provoke all this action. Something else is going on. Does anyone know what the percentage of institutional investing has been w/in all this volume?
