10:18AM ETrade COO reaffirms 2003 EPS outlook (ET) by Greg Morcroft
NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- ETrade Chief Operating Officer Jarrett Lilien said Wednesday the company remains comfortable with its current internal 2003 operating EPS outlook of 52 cents to 57 cents per share. That excludes an expected restructuring charge of 22 cents to 27 cents per share. The company last raised its outlook in July. Earlier, ETrade said its client trading is picking up in the first part of September, after falling in the August versus July period. ETrade (ET) shares rose 24 cents, or 2.4 percent to $10.39 in early trading.
