Michael, I am being facetious when I say valuations don't matter. They matter of course but it's all relative to the point of time in history in which our current reality resides. I'll go along with your fairy tale future but only so far. Why? It's hard to find a point in history where there has been so much measurable bullishness for so long without a market correction. We are getting an economic recovery that may unfold just as you expect but we will no doubt have some hiccups along the way. And perhaps a big belch or two! RtS
