RE "We have to now get the CEOs to stop raping the companies with excessive salaries and options". The options packages that top management get are obscene and have been for years. It's all but stealing from the shareholders who actually BUY their shares and then see their equity (and the companies EPS) diluted. But lets remember it's not the CEO's that approve the option grants, it's WE the shareholders. I for one, vote "AGAINST" the option plan on every proxy I get. What amazes me is how these proposals ever pass! Regards, Eric.
