Apparently excessive credit creation is about the only thing this economy does well. No doubt there is speculation that in CFC's case another refi boom can be resurrected from the latest drop in rates, and on top of even further inflated assets? In the meanwhile $3 billion a day leaves the country to fund the twin deficits, and Japan and China in particular just jam it right back into the treasury market in their currency pegging operation. It looks like the worse the outflow, the lower yields go as the Asians try and keep their finger in the dyke. At least somebody does well in this Ponzi scheme,
