What makes matters worse in the middle east is the Bush stand (or in reality the no stand) on what Israel has got to do to turn the tide....They must also be held responsible for continually pushing the settlements into the heart of the Palestinian land.....they must be told to STOP THE WALL which is a completely ignored part of the continuing exaserbation of tensions there.... And now Bush backs (in so many words) the killing or taking down of Arafat..... And his remarks close with this: Bush made only a passing remark about Israel and its obligations in the peace process, saying, "Israel has got responsibilities. But let me remind you that it is very difficult to stay on a road to peace when there are terrorists bombing and killing people. And that's what must be stopped." This is NOT a one sided conflut.....yet the Bush administration treats it like that..... CC
