I don't know what you mean. At his level of the standard he does not believe there would be a high likely hood of harm. He believes that if he were to participate according to conventional standards the likelyhood would go up.

Exactly. His standard is more conservative than the the standard of the official professional association. The official standard is designed to obviate the serious harms that come from serious infractions, such as suicide, anxiety disorder, etc. If he expects others to respect his standard as opposed to theirs or in addition to theirs, he needs to articulate what harm would come to those who are victims of violations of his more conservative standard. When I ask what the harm is, I'm asking what the harm is of acts that violate his conservative standards but not the association's official ones. What is the harm in a man rubbing the kinks out of a woman's back in an utterly professional way? That's the question. If he opts not to service women at all rather than servicing them as described in that clip I posted, then he needs to be able to explain why not, what is the harm in the official standard that would be obviated by using his standard instead..
