Russell admits Greenspan wins. "Russell Comment -- I've maintained since 1971 when I first "invented" the PTI that it was "smarter than I am." As a matter of fact, I have hundreds of subscibers (probably more) who simply follow the PTI in their investing -- and read my words as "literature." I've always said, "You can ignore the PTI if you want, but NEVER go against it. By that I mean that when the PTI is bullish as it nowis -- you can ignore it if you want or you can play the bull side of this market -- but most definitely do NOT short this market, not while the PTI is bullish."
