More Russell from today: <CONCLUSION -- Today was a very impressive day. From a Dow Theory standpoint we had simultaneous new highs in the Dow and the Transports with the Utilities strong. The bullish side of the 50% Principle is now in force, with the Dow pulling away from the 9504 or 50% level to the upside. Those who want to speculate should buy DIA, SPY or QQQ at tomorrow's opening, but I would buy sparingly with stops. The uptrend should continue. And that about winds it up for today. Russell>
