Since the patient is lying on a table and he's free to get up and walk around or walk out the door, what you're really saying is that he can't control himself, or say "this massage is over" and walk out if things start to get a little near the bone.

Unless you are arguing that a patient would leap up, grab him, and forcibly rape him?

If you're not suggesting that, they tell him to keep his own hormones under control and it'll be fine.
