All we have to do is take note on how easy it is for 98%
of all people to "know it when i see it" porn, yet that 2%
cries out "no way" and America is flooded with soft porn
on almost every news stand, and the MTV music videos
for our children seems 1/2 music + 1/2 sexual gyrations.

Now i'am quite aware of the human instinct to move body
with movements of song & music, and feelings of joy,
plus the attraction of bodies in times of heat, but for you
to say that your problem is similiar to all others using that
porn example "know it when you come in contact with it"
is very true, and i wish BobZ would do that 3 suspensions
for verbal violence, and number 4 is membership termination.
For sure folks can get suspended a zillion times for all other
types of non major TOU violations, but this type of verbal
usage one uses on another is like porn, and there is no need
for 4 letter words or descriptions of lude or sicko acts,
but just that Hot Button pushing some are experts in,
and quite Frankly wherever he is, i'am 100% sure BobZ
"knows them when he sees them" and yes in my opinion
he could see Sir Vinny long long ago baiting you and pushing
your hot buttons, but you responded, and that in itself
was your decision, and since you were NOT under attack,
your action to protect yourself was false as you needed
NO defense, but just put Sir Vinny on Si Ignore, so yes
you deserved that 1 day suspension, but in my opinion
your deserved a suspension equal to Sir Vinnies, and not
so much for what was in your reply posts, but that Vinny
needed you to "strike back" at him, for him to be successful,
and you did. In a way Sir Vinny conned you in help him,
but really it was much more, as without your help, by not
placing him on Ignore, or simply ignore him, you actually
became his partner. No different than if a man in a bar
picks on you, and after he hits you, you hit him back until
both of you destroy the inside of the bar by throwing chairs
and tables at each other, as once the fight is over it will
not be easy for you to say that the other guy did the bad.

This is the problem Sheriff Matt has understanding the why
his members refuse to place a few certain folks (Hint: Bux)
on that Ignore/Filter. Matt's problem is really not in his
understanding, but that he fails to enforce responsibility,
or fails to state quite clear to anyone who take the bait
when another presses their Hot Buttons, that if you allow
another person to draw you into a posting flame war,
then you do so as a crime against iHub since you were
not under attack, but only had them buttons pushed that
did not require you to step into the Ring of Flame'n Posts.

Its really garbage when someone says that they have to stand up
and defend their race, religion or whatever from those whom
wish death and destruction onto them, if the only activity
that they use is them verbal Hot Buttons being pushed.
(or)
Its a trap to inflame you to flame them and make it look like
your side is the trouble makers, or atleast equal to their side
in wishing the same bad wishes onto them.

So rrufff, As long as you refuse to place one like Sir Vinny
onto that Ignore function, your long posts of words to BobZ
have a hollow and empty ring to them of a person that will
not take any responsibility themselves, except to fight and
attack and cry innocents.
