MobilePro Corp. Says Constellation Acquisition Expected to Close By End of September
ROCKVILLE, Md., Sept. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MobilePro Corp. (BULLETIN BOARD: MOBL) , said today it expects the closing of its earlier announced acquisition of Constellation Networks Corporation (CNC) to be completed by the end of the month.
MobilePro Chairman and CEO Arne Dunhem said, "We are working closely with Constellation Networks to complete the acquisition. We are continuing our due diligence to include the negotiation of the final detailed terms of the agreement but are expecting to close by the end of September."
