Charles: Prudential's technology analyst put the semi
stocks back on a buy rating so most of them are moving
back up. Even Micron has gone back over 19 so it remains
to be seen if it will hold. EG didn't say anything about
USS but one of the "EG-types" said in Barron's last year
that USS wasn't worth 8; it's 34 1/2 today and appears to
be headed higher.
