SSTI has a deep pocket with $163M cash. They made a good profit selling flash. With a market cap of almost approaching $1B that is close to 4 times of revenue (vs. less than 2 of ATML), SSTI seems ready to pay the $36.5 million in damages and interest to ATML. Poor Atmel !
