Basically we see two main theories about the purpose of the conspiracy of 9/11 which killed 3,000 American civilians in New York and US officials in Pentagon building in one morning, greatly damaged the US economy and created terror threat and a long lasting negative psychological effect on Americans. The two different theories are:

1. To get majority American support to send US troops in large scale to invade the Arab countries in the Middle East for the hidden purpose of US world domination and for US oil. (this is perhaps the more popular belief among the public right now, especially from those who believe their elected American president is controlling the main power in US).

or 2. To get majority American support to send US troops in large scale to invade the Arab countries in the Middle East for the hidden purpose of helping Israel’s cause and power in the region (rich Iraq oil is also one of the important factors for certain interest groups among the war party. But oil for the nation of America was never the initial or the first reason of the Iraq war). ( and let’s skip the discussion of which of the two theories is more reliable here).

In case you’re right about France and Russia involved in the 9/11 conspiracy, that would be limited to French and Russian individuals or foreign agents worked in these two countries, IMO. Obviously it’s not in France and Russia’s(and most other countries’) interests to see large scale US troops to be sent to the Middle East and take over the region.
