I should also say that I am a free agent, and have always been a free agent. If anyone would like to offer me a job, please feel free to call. IMO, the sooner the better too, because I haven't worked for the government or anyone in the government for over 5 years.

Example: covenant not to compete with an employer after leaving is in restraint of trade and must be reasonable to be enforced

Example: the Sherman Antitrust Act declared every contract, combination, and conspiracy in restraint of trade to be illegal
