Sergio ACO is kicking into high gear. Yeehhhaaa amigo! CDIC did just what I was afraid it would do, in the short term. The company did not expect to be able to continue gross margins in the high 70%, Mr. Perry warned about that a couple of Q's ago. What is bugging me the most is that last Q they sold 198 units. This Q 199, but compare the growth to last year. Since the market tends to be short sighted this is not a good way to try and cover a less than stellar Q. The R&D is a given due to the development of Phillips, but once again, people see something that is nearly a year away while burning money on the expense. Common sense says that you can't get to a new product without spending some money...LOL I guess it is supposed to just pop out of the air. There will be some nice trading ops in the meantime. Ken
