This post includes various partisan political statements regarding the Presidential candidacy of John Kerry that are subject to hyperbole, disingenuousness and the occasional misstatement. Partisan political statements include, but are not limited to, discussions regarding our spin strategy, misinformation dissemination strategy, triangulation strategy, humanizing the candidate initiatives, and the chiseled good looks of Mr. Kerry.
Such statements include, but are not limited to, statements preceded by, followed by or that otherwise include the words “close friend of McCain” “right-wing extremists” “progressive, not liberal” “tall” “bright” “handsome” or similar expressions. For those statements, we claim the protection of the safe harbor for partisan political statements contained in the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
Certain important factors and assertions, which are discussed elsewhere on this website and on Mr. Kerry’s website at www.johnkerry.com, could affect the future security and domestic tranquility of our country and could cause the actual performance of Mr. Kerry to differ materially from that expressed in the partisan political statements contained or incorporated by reference in this post.
