RE: "Are these your expectations?" This is my current best estimate. After I posted that, I came across Merrill Lynch's current estimate of 30% in 2004 and 40% in 2005. Close enough. Some pundits believe that 2005 will be a peak. I will also be watching interest and inflation rates in line with our "guns and butter" discussion.
