Since you like tough questions, here are some for you:

Was the BJ Group's involvement with UTEK's 401(k) contingent on his recommending their stock? If so, how do you know this?

How long had the BJ Group been involved with UTEK's 401(k) when he first recommended the stock?

Was the BJ Group still involved in UTEK's 401(k) when he recommended selling the stock?

Which would have meant more to Bob financially, the fact that the BJ Group was an option in UTEK's 401(k), or the fact that he owned the stock at the time of the recommendation?

At the time of Brinker's first UTEK recommendation, how many market gurus were in the practice of revealing that they owned stock in a company they were recommending?

Did Brinker have reason to believe that UTEK was a bad investment when he recommended it?
