NBC closed their network news this evening with a piece about Isabel and the tomb of the unknown soldier. When told that because of the hurricane weather, the soldiers guarding the tomb could abandon their post, one of soldiers said "That went in one ear, and out the other." The soldiers remained at their post. Anyone who is surprised or doesn't understand the pride and dedication that lies behind this behavior, doesn't know what makes a military tick. The cynical betrayal of that trust, by the neo-con agenda for the enrichment of the MIC (Military Industrial Complex), is moral crime of the first magnitude. JMO lurqer
