There is a cycle of violence. It began with the expulsion of Palestinian tenant farmers from estates purchased by Zionist settlers, and with the Zionist declaration of intent to establish sovereignty on terms unacceptable to the local population.

The local population responded with disorganized violence, and the cycle began.

You know this, of course: we've been over it ad nauseam.
