Yes you are correct. It is a high performance quality board shop. Its customers are hwp 20%, cpq 19% Cisco 7, allen bradley 8 Texas Inst 6, DEC 5. Nortel 5, SLC 4, Jabil a4 Mot 3, SCI 2 other 15 , Emerging customers are Cabletron, lUs Robotics, SGI , Bay and Lucent. Source AG edwards. The problem I see is that in 1998 they will be reaching capacity which I think is 155 mill. Thus they must acquire/build plant. They want to broaden also into backplane,flex etcc. So I think they could either acquire or be acquired. But they seem well run, without operating problems with good customers and with decent margins gross,operating and net which are slowly expanding. Problem is top line growth in my opinion becasue of capacity needs. So issue is can they execute their plans for growth. I like this company.
