The Dems should be angry with their incompetent voters who are so inept as to be unable to do something as basic as punch holes in card. I used to think that TV newscrews going out and asking people basic questions of the public like who the Secretary of State is, and getting blank stares took thousands of hours to complete. Wrong. I bet that typfies the American Voter today....borderline functional. Uninformed voters have no business voting and believe me if you can't figure out how to punch a card, you are definitely uninformed and have no business voting.
